How can I access my policy documents online?

Your policy documents will all be stored in your MORE TH>N Travel Account. This can be accessed via the links on the emails you were sent when you purchased your Travel Insurance or via the Your Account link/page on the MORE TH>N website.


How do I set up my Travel Account?

When you purchase your Travel Insurance we’ll send you an email with a link to registration page where you can validate your details, create a password and set up a security question and answer. You will also need to provide your policy number, email address and date of birth when you set up your account.


What do I need to log in to my Travel Account?

All you’ll need is your email address and the password you set up when you first registered. If you have forgotten either of these then please use the links provided on the login page to recover them.


How do I change my password?

Once you have logged in, click on “Your Account” at the top of the page. This allows you to manage your account details. Once there, click “Change your password.” You will be required to enter your current password, along with the new one you would like to change to.


What should I do if I forget my account sign on I.D (i.e. email address)?

On the login page you can click on “Forgotten your email?” You will be asked to enter your date of birth and postcode as well as a policy number you are the policyholder for to verify your account. You’ll then be asked to answer your chosen security question. Once this is completed, the email address associated with your account will be displayed.


How do I add a policy to my account?

Once logged in, click on "Your Account" at the top of the page and click on "Add a Policy." You’ll need to enter your new policy number followed by your email address and date of birth. Once this is done click “Add policy.”

Your policy will then be added to the drop down menu of your policies.
